The specially adapted bottom part is also available as an option to match the thermal window screen (insulation of the front and side windows). The bottom part is precisely what provides protection against drafts through the non-insulated engine compartment, the wheel arches and the lower areas of the cab doors. The combination of the top and bottom part provides complete external insulation for the front area of the vehicle, extending down to the ground and thus significantly increasing the comfort of winter camping. Both parts are connected to each other by an integrated Velcro strip to form a two-part thermal screen.
